Extremely disappointed that when a friend tripped on an ill lit speed hump in the carpark and split her head open security responded with a 'if its who i think it is I'm not helping'. When I tried explaining the situation it took 5 minutes for someone to attend and there was not first aid kit in sight as requested.I'll be following this up, but this does not display the care of duty a hotel should have for patrons.
