Tibuc Gardens Cottage is a two bedroom self-contained cottage set on 50 acres in the foothills of the Warrumbungle Mountains. This comfortably appointed accommodation is attractively presented with quality facilities including a modern kitchen, dining area and hooded gas barbecue with outdoor seating area. The last one kilometre is on a dirt road.
The cottage includes a comfortable lounge room, main bedroom with queen bed and second bedroom with two king single beds and a single bed ottoman in living area. Bathroom and separate toilet. All linen and breakfast basket provided.

Tibuc Gardens Studio is next door to the Cafe and is open plan with a kitchenette, lounge room, queen and double bed in the one room. There is a separate toilet and bathroom. The Studio has barbecue facilities and outdoor dining.
